Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling takes one click from your billing page. Everything below explains the rights sitting behind that click, including the ones that work against us.

01How to cancel, in one step
Sign in, open billing, and select “Cancel subscription”. It takes effect at once for the purpose of stopping the next renewal. You keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for.
There is no retention flow, no “are you sure” sequence designed to wear you down, no requirement to give a reason, and no requirement to call us. Cancelling is deliberately no harder than subscribing was.
If you would rather do it in writing, email support@artgalleryclothing.shop or call +44 20 8013 8366. Any clear statement that you want to cancel is enough — you do not have to use the form at the bottom of this page, though you may.
02Your 14-day cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day the contract is made to cancel it and receive a refund. This applies to a new subscription and, as described in section 4, we also apply it after each renewal.
To cancel within that period, tell us before the 14 days are up. You do not have to give a reason. We will confirm receipt by email on the same working day.
03When the right ends early, and how we tell you
The service is digital and starts working the moment you subscribe. If you want to use it during the 14-day period — which most people do — the Regulations require us to ask for two things, separately, before we begin. At the checkout you will find two independent, unticked checkboxes:
- I ask Dyerun to start providing this service straight away, during the 14-day cancellation period.
- I understand that I will lose my right to cancel once the service has been fully performed, and that until then I keep the right to cancel and receive a refund for the part not yet supplied.
Neither is pre-ticked, neither can be ticked by ticking the other, and the checkout is re-validated on our server so that a subscription cannot begin without both. Both statements are then repeated word for word in your order confirmation email, which is the durable-medium confirmation the Regulations require.
If you give both consents and the service is then fully performed within the 14 days, the statutory cancellation right ends at that point. If it has been only partly performed, you can still cancel and we refund the part not yet supplied. If you decline either consent, your full 14 days remain and the service starts at the end of them.
04A fresh 14 days after every renewal
The law gives you a cancellation right when the contract is made. We give you the same 14 days again after every renewal.
Before each renewal we send a reminder email stating what is about to renew, how much it will cost, the date, and a direct link to cancel. That email contains nothing else — no offers, no newsletter, no marketing of any kind.
The renewal reminder, the fresh post-renewal cancellation window and the single-step exit are provided ahead of the subscription regime in the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, which is expected to come into force in spring 2027. We have chosen to apply them now. They are not currently required of us, and applying them takes nothing away from your rights under the law as it stands.
05How refunds are calculated and paid
Where a refund is due for a partly performed subscription, we refund in proportion to the part of the period not yet supplied. A monthly subscription cancelled on day 6 of 30 is refunded 24/30 of what you paid.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, using the same means of payment, within 14 days of us being told you are cancelling — usually much sooner. We do not charge a fee for making a refund and we do not issue credit in place of money.
Separately from all of this: if something went wrong — a double charge, a renewal after you cancelled, a service failure — write to us and we will put it right. You do not have to establish a legal right to a refund you are plainly owed.
06If we failed to tell you
If we did not give you the cancellation information the Regulations require, in the way they require, your cancellation period is extended by 12 months. If we provide the information later within that year, the 14 days run from the day we provide it.
We state this because it is your right, and because a business that hides it is a business planning to rely on your not knowing.
07Model cancellation form
You may use the form below, but you do not have to — any clear statement that you are cancelling will do. Complete and return it only if you wish to cancel.
